NO PCM SYNC, RECYCLING 1.2.3....someone help with datamaster

okay when i turn the truck on i dont get any stuff at all. when i go to record i get NO PCM SYNC, RECYCLING then it counts and once in ten i get a signal and it works. what do i do and should i get the signal just by turning on the truck? thanks :evil: :evil: :evil:

Have you tried changing the sync speed? 3 trucks Ive worked on so far like the sync speed at 197 so Datamaster and the ECM will get along. Try changing the sync speed in increments of 2 from ~190 to ~200. Its time consuming but once you find the "sweet spot" you shouldnt have any problems.
