so i found out that this truck is #231 and so i have decided to restore it since its a low # truck already have new front sheetmetal and if anyone can help me out with some body cladding i would appreciate it...by the way i am working with an engineer from gm to put this back together so it may be a little easier and hopefully cheaper since he has unlimmited access to gm supplies (fingers crossed) :tup:

first of all i already have alot of the parts i need to put this truck back together right...i have another truck...#1070 to reference it off of and also have a parts truck with no vin that i bought out of a junk yard i just will need the harnesses as far as the engine i'm having one built right now and am buying alot of new performance parts from syty performance...so the truck wont be original but will still be a syclone.... and did i mention that i'm doing this all with the help and guidance from a gm engineer who has quite a bit of experience with the sy... and just because you might think that 25 is young and that i dont have the patience and experience to do this....you obviously dont know me i've been building and restoring cars since i was near 10 yrs old in my fathers garage...ive done many builds since then and know quite a few people in the restoration biz...and unless you want to just give me your sy like this one was given to me then just quit tellin me to buy one that runs.... owning one of these has always been my dream and now that i have the chance people like you tell me to junk it...WTF? i'm just tryin to bring one back from the dead...id think it might be appreciated for the work going into it .....i understand its alot of work....im not stupid..so if you want to help me out then ok but if you want to cut me down...then **** off
