I was totally lost after watching the TuneyFish vids and reading the posts on here. Steve, finding your sketch made it all clear along with the pics and directions off the Detroit Turbo Wiki.

I just hooked mine up this weekend, Ian just got done with his last night.

Getting some input from dig, I think i'll make a few modifications to the image.

I'm going to add a note about removing the existing pin in E14 if you are going to emulate narrow band. I will likely add notes about the other connections (serial, power, ground, sensor) needed for the gauge and sensor box.

how do you do this with a m300?Im guessing i use the wideband output wire from the unit?

just use the grey or white wire?what is needed again to display it in datamaster?will it display a af ratio or a voltage that you need to convert?

also what is the fix hack?not sure if i have it in mind,its been a few years since i have been in there,what do i need to look for in the chip to see if i have it?i tried it with my plx 300 and seems like i get a reading of around 4.5 and it jumps when i hit the throttle like a air fuel ratio would just the numbers see odd..

well I think I got it,I just had to make a conversion chart,ex 12.0 af was 6.0 etc

Gray. I am using code $59 and it's automatically converting (I have PLX selected in the Bin)

Does anyone know where the black and grey wires go into the analog input on the SM-AFR, the diagram that use to be on here is no longer working, I know the grey goes into the wideband but where does the black wire do into the narrowband port or the ground port, thanks

I'm in the middle of hooking up a PLX DM-6/SM-AFR KIT.

I'am replacing the stock O2 sensor with the WB one that came in the kit.

This diagram is a little confusing for my application.

I thought I'd add this diagram to kind of combine everyone's input into one image:

My gauge goes to the 3.3 and the GND of the analog connector.

Do I need to add another GND wire form the ECM B9 to the analog GND connector and hook up the E14 wire to the NB of the SM-AFR like I drew up in this diagram (RED) or am I just over thinking it?

And, again, for folks contemplating this I have a bunch of them itty bitty connectors you'll need. Be happy to just mail you a few if you'd like. Seems it depends, some parts stores have 'em and some don't.

FWIW I ran the GND and WB through a pair, each, of blade connectors to make disassembly easier.

Not to piss on the thread but the DM-6 is damn good way better than the POS innovate. Might be time for an upgrade
