leaving for Tx in the morning. So far maintanence/repairs have included; starter rebuild(cured my "click" no start issue), ignition module(cured my hot "no start, but would turn over issue"), NGK tr7ix plugs at .035, replaced factory intake(had KB), new cap and rotor(rotor was fused on, lol). Also, had rear tire patched after trying and failing to plug it. Oh, topped off front and rear differentials, checked transfer case. Greased everything. Oil changed. Anyone else, change their mind and decide to go? I chose the Sy over the GN just because I figured there would be many more GN's than Syclones. Wife isn't happy about having to sit straight up in the seat for a thousand miles, Lol. :tup: Come on!

Update: saw one other Sy in Shreveport La, had black Zr1 wheels, looked nice! Met LOTS of nice people. Couldn't believe the miles some of these, "radical to me, old school cars" were doing. I believe there were 2500+ cars at last count. I got off in Memphis, and had to return to South Arkansas late last nice due to unforeseen circumstances(Booking.com overbooked us at Memphis, despite having a confirmation number=no room). Plus, my wife stepped up onto a concrete baracade at MIR to take a pic, pulled up on a chain-link fence. The fence along ,with her, fell resulting in broke ankle
Soooo, quick trip to Methodist Hospital ER(INCREDIBLE service:tup, then hotel(no room), then 5 hrs home. I can say the Sy got quite a bit of attention, and performed flawlessly. Averaged 18mpg running 75-80+ mph. Overall, a great time!(minus the break).
