Does it come with the missing cladding pieces?
Aside from that I'd say it all depends on the mechanical condition of the truck. I'd assume with that low of mileage that the interior's still in pretty good shape.

he said it comes with all but one piece that got messed up when they were moving stuff around. how do i make sure it is a real ty?

It's a '92 Ty VIN, so I wouldn't be too worried about that. If they include that piece of broken cladding, it would be good. Odds are it's repairable. If it doesn't have mechanical issues, and you can get it for $4,500 or less, I'd jump on it.
