If this goes like every other performance car I have had I might as well jump off a cliff :rotf:

I am ready to sell my 97 turbo diesel silverado and pick up a syc as a weekend/ cruiser/a few track visits.

So if anyone knows of a syc in the md/pa are with les than 100k for -7k range let me know. I have had some turbo cars in the past so I'm familiar with making sure its in good stock tune, and from there make sure you got no spark retard.

Looking to go low side 12s and be reliable. thats about it.

You may want to save up a couple more thousand because $7k usually get you a rough truck...

Yeah there seem to be almost nothing in that range. I have found several tys but I'm a truck guy so a sy it is.
looks like $12- 15,000 will buy a real low mile truck in excellent shape. I would have to unload all my stuff for that. of corse that may not be all that bad
I have a ss monte carlo that I dont drive but once in a blue moon (spare car) should sell that should be 3k easy and I think 7-8 or my diesel so maybe I can step up.

Any leads keep me posted private message or watever. I looked at 1 that was 18,000 (11,200 miles)to much money for me but now I can sleep at night

97 chevy silverado 2500 reg cab blue / blue int, power lumbar, win, locks, mir, clarion cd ( have oem also if wanted) put in with kit /harness the correct way,cold ac 6.5 turbo diesel 104 k runs perfect no leaks, does not ever use any oil, never gets hot, k&n filter , ss diesel 4 inch exhaust(only mods ever) no rust ever garage kept alot of its life small ding under rear bumper on the edge of the bed, easy fix most don't notice it at first. original paint is excellent line-x in the bed. Brand new last week nitto terragrappler 285's torsion bar adjusted to lift front 1 inch (level) then realigned. 4l80 auto trans.
this is an excellent truck i just don't need it.
