just curious what the correct belt size is for the rpm ac delete kit....i got mine and i cant seem to get it around the tensioner

Yea I had the same problem with mine, you can try taking out the one bolt on the alternator and swinging it down some, I just sent the belt back and bought one that fits ended up getting this one http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=GTR-4060855&N=700+115&autoview=sku 85.5in ive had it on over 1000miles and it works great.

Mine was really tight also, after talking to Mike about it he said sometimes you need to heat them up first also. I just through it in the oven for a little bit and then the other trick is to put the tensioner on first and slide the belt over the water pump while someone holds the tensioner. It's so tight that it's almost impossible to get over the tensioner, but the water pump side allows for it to side on.

yea the one i have is 85.5, i tried to heat it up in the oven, still no go, are there any other tricks/tips

The one they sent me said it was 85.5 when you typed the part # in a search but really it was 85in.
