I hate when people put something up "just testing the waters make an offer" usualy that means "if you pay way more than I think its worth ill sell it'

It took me a while to figure out what he meant by that...but what's he's saying is "Test the waters by making me an offer" not "I'm testing the waters...so make me an offer."

That's a pretty good looking truck. Looks like it was originally black before the repaint.
