Hello Everyone.

I want to invite you all to our 4th end of the year BBQ.


Here is the info.

DATE: SATURDAY December 12th, 2015

TIME: 10am to 2pm or ???

LOCATION: The Santa Fe Dam Basin, Leaning Pine Site.

Note: there is a $10 per car parking charge from the Dam.

I will be bringing the usual menu items. Hot dogs, hamburgers, water and soda.
You are more than welcome to bring any off menu items that you want.

For those of you in the South Bay area that would like caravan to the event. We will be meeting up at Krispy Kream's the day of the BBQ at 8:30 and will caravan to the Dam at 9.

Being how this is a December BBQ. I will keep you posted on any weather conditions that might effect the event (RAIN).

OK... The shirts are being made. They cost me more than I wanted. But we needed new shirts. I ordered 6 Large, 2 XL, and 2 XXL. I will be bringing them to the bar-b-que. I only ordered 10. So, first come, first served.

If anyone would like one that is not going to the Bar-B-Q. I will try to have some more made in January.

I'll be there! Possibility I may have a new guy with a Typhoon show up, and another guy with a grand national show up. All I know is I'm getting there early cause I need a new shirt :tup:

I can also bring some stuff to the BBQ so you don't have to shoulder it all... Let me know if I can help..

Normally I bring Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, sodas, and fixings. We should build a list. This way everyone can bring something and we don't end up with 30 bags of chips.

I spent $220. for 10 of the New shirts and another $100 on 10 of the shirts with the Strange SoGT logo. I was thinking that I would split the cost with all the guys in the club. $15. for new shirt and $5. for the Strange SoGT ones. This way everyone can get 2 shirts for $20.
