squeaking bumber

I have a bad squeak that I thought was my suspension. Its the front bumber. Is this normal. I hate the sound. It makes my truck sound old.LOL

check the bolts that hold the foglights. Mine's sounded the same.

I believe if you've lost any of the little white spacer donuts that go under the cover it can squeak like that
