sy 13.16 ! mopar now got the 03 to go 13.99 at first but after removing spare, jack,and only a quarter a tank of gas got 13.70's

My bone stock Ty has wooped a few of them on the street from a dig.

Last summer there was 4 of them at the track and they were all in the mid 14's

Last time I went to the track I had my ass handed to me by an srt-4. Aside from the slicks that stuck out up front, it looked stock. But it wasn't; and it was obvious when it ran an 11.16... my time was 13.31, which was my best ever. But I still lost to a neon tho.

Stock for Stock the Sy would kill the SRT-4! I know this b/c my Sy is stock and so was my friends 04 SRT-4 and I hardly launched and killed him.

And the 04's are quicker than the 03's, no limited slip in the 03. I haven't heard of any cracking into the 13's stock, I've heard all low 14's, but 13's with light mods. A lot of them still say they are stock but they just go to home depot and buy a $3 spring for the wastegate, then 13's. They do have an impressive 3rd gear pull though, from what I've heard.

I have a friend that has around $1,500 in mods in his, and he is running 13.7 on street tires. He can't hook up at all though, best 60' is still above 2.0 sec. He has a ass load of parts laying around to install when he has time though, so I'll have to keep my Sy running in top shape just to keep up. I've been in the car with him when he took a C5 from 65 to 120, so from a roll they are pretty damn fast.

You'll kill an SRT-4 stock... A local guy here has one that is running 11.5's... That is haulin arse in a neon.

click on the third video down in the following link... Silverscooby is the screename for the SRT-4... He is up against a modded Z06 in the video... I think you will be a little surprised... I know I was the first time I saw him run...

Wow, that is quite impressive that the neon could not only hang BUT reel him in bit by bit considering what both cars are!!

anything can beat anything if you have the $$$...

the question was, stock vs. stock...

would not be close, a sy would eat a srt4
a zo6 would beat him worse
