There is some room under the drivers seat if you remove the spring (it helps/assist the seat move forward) My amp is 12.25 x 10 x 2.25. It just barely fits with the seat all the way back, the corner of the amp just hits the seat lever bracketry.
The passenger side seat has a lump in the floor making it more difficult, because the back of the seat would hit the ampiflier where the floor is slightly raised. The seat spring would still need to be removed. If you could fit an amp, it would have to be a really small amp (Maybe a 6 or 7" x 10" footprint) or maybe a really thin amp, if you didn't want to remove the spring, the 10" width dimension would need to be 7" or so You also have to be aware of the wiring connections, I have to use right angle adapters on my interconnects, because they would hit the seat rail.
