Bump for Quickstop. Truck is running great, but I am thinking about moving to a 65 or so mm turbo just to have something to do.

I've done a few drivetrain upgrades in the last month or so. I installed a Torsen limited slip front diff that Aaron is selling (it works great). I also installed the JSM front coilovers and this new, still under development, three link rear with Watts link. The truck rides and handles great now. It sits low, but still has plenty of suspension travel.

That looks like a very nice trailer. I need one in the near future. How much did it set you back?

I went to pick and pull today and got myself an engine harness off a S10. $21.



I have the wiring diagram printed out and taped to the shop wall.



I intend on cleaning up my wiring in the near future. Since I have the Holley, I will clean up all the ECM side wires that I have tucked behind the dist. I also plan on installing a Vintage Air Frontrunner setup, and also getting a Vintage Air A/C and heat box for the cab, so I will also get rid of that wiring and associated vac lines. I will modify the junk yard harness to only run the systems off the C100 firewall connector that I will be needing.

The install of the Vintage Air Frontrunner is going well. I had to make (or have made) the power steering lines. Should have everything back on the road this weekend.

Just an update. Everything is running great. No issues. Next will be the Vintage Air box inside the cab and cleaning up the wiring.

Good to see my old truck is still alive and being enjoyed. I miss driving that thing.

I see you are in Crawfordville. I hunt a lease over by Newport off of 98. Maybe the next time i'm up that way i can come and see what you have done with it?

Sounds good. Newport is in the same county as Crawfordville, and it about 10 minutes away. Let me know when you will be in the area.
