I was just curious as to the trash talking you guys get about our trucks, and how they suck bla-bla-bla ...I get it all the time from brain dead retards. what kind of things have people said to you guys about your trucks , post kills and stories , that kind off stuff amuse me

I had a honda guy say " look at that stupid wetback (yes I look all mexican but am only 1/4), he puts a kit on an old truck and thinks he is fast...He could not even afford to paint the kit..." He said this to my friend, and he said " You idiot, that truck is AWD and has over 350 hp" he will smoke your pos civic"

ive been told by one guy thats a big dodge fan that the typhoon was nothing more than a mut created out of the spare parts bin at GM. He also referred to it as a "turbo charged astro van". He included the syclone in this as well but when I asked him what dodge made that cold beat it he changed the subject

Well so far in the say 2-3 months ive owned my truck I have only gotten tons of compliments from dodge, honda, you name it fans. Even the Lightning that I lost to and the one that I beat both gave me the thumbs up as they drove away. The most common thing that I get is people that think it has the 3.8 Buick turbo motor and that don't know its AWD. That and it seems that everyone who see's my Sy has no clue what it is but they always ask if its similar to the Typhoon. Must be the 1 yr production vs. 2 yr thing and more people must have noticed the Tys but Im not sure. Anyways thats my situation but I'll keep you guys posted if anyone runs his/her mouth.

Honesty I mostly get compliments even from the import guys, everyone does think it has the 3.8 Buick turbo motor and doesnt even know about the AWD :roll: Only trash talking is from this one dude I know, he said my ty looks like a honda element :rant: and prob isnt even as fast..I took him for a drive one day and he hasnt said anything bad about it since:syty:

yea , I've noticed that aswell, more people have heard of Ty's then Sy's , when I talk about my truck they ask if its the same as the typhoon. It could be the 1yr vs 2yr production thing, but I dont know

I usually only get compliments about my ty, only thing close to trash talking is a couple kids in an escalade were pointing and laughing at my truck while driving...so I hit it a little so they could hear the turbo and they shut up real quick :rotf:

I usually run into people that just simply don't know anything about the trucks, but they still will compliment it....

The only trash talking I run into is " Why did you buy a Syclone I would have bought a Typhoon! "
Well to each his own. I will probably own a Ty also some day this is just what I wanted.

A guy at work has a 95 mustang that he has invested a ton of money in. Its an extremely nice car with 30K origional miles. It has some kind of stroker engine but im not sure what size. He was teasing me about my syclone one day and so when we drove to lunch I told him I was going to drive separate. When we turned onto the highway we both lined up and went from about a 10mph roll. I walked away from him pretty bad. When we got back to work he shut up and started showing my sy a lot more respect. :rotf:

He runs 11's on spray though so when the ty is back out we are lining up with him on the bottle

I only get crap from the guys at work. They all know how fast my truck is, and just like flipping me sh@#, mainly cause I keep bringing it in, fixing something else on it every week.

nobody around here really knows what a sy/ty is. so i always get tyhe little punks who want to race me.i let them go the first light so they can talk there trash. next light i eat them up. its priceless.

I had a guy in a ram air FireChicken tell me that I wasn't worth his time. I boost launched so hard I thought I was gonna ride a wheelie off the line. He caught up to me at the next light trying to ask me about my truck and I told him to f|_|ck off and don't be such a prick in the future.

My friends are/were all dicks.. They call it the blazer and hate on it big time. They also tell me I think it's a Ferrari because it'd painted that color red. They actually don't talk to me anymore, who needs friends like that? :dunno: I know I don't have time for people guy friends acting like girls, if I want that, I just get an actual girl.

I get compliments most the time...I may have the only Ty in my area so I get the ghostface look as if I'm driving a legend....Maybe I am!!! The look is priceless when I'm at a light and take off with a little boost and looky lews question if they are hearing a turbo wind up....
