NHSTE - I'm the only one!
can I use the same tuning hardware I used on the Ty to tune my GT? Paticularly... I need to disable my EGR functions, and a few other things. I know I have to get a different version of DM

I don't know about the other softwares, but it looks like Tunercat will do your CPI. Their might be something else but I don't think TunerPro does it.

If you want we could screw around with your tune sometime. My diacom can be used as a scan tool and I already have tuner cat I would just need a the defnition file (costs like $20.)

Yup, looks like TunerCat is the answer.

They cover 92 CPI engines. That sucks because I was always looking for a program to run on my 95 CPI Blazer. I was stuck with OBD1.5 (OBD2 ALDL connector and an OBD1 computer)

As I recall, the GT had a different mask ID than the other CPI-based stuff. Make sure your particular code mask is supported before you buy...
