Turning off Leveling System.

Hey guys,
Is there any way to turn off the air compressor for the automatic leveling system? Is there a fuse in the fuse box that I can pull in order to turn off the compressor?

Are there any downfalls to driving without the compressor on?

Thanks,
Eddie.

unplug the fuse, i think it's the ELC fuse.

no downfalls except you'll notice the ass end sit lower when you load it down... or even when u fill up the gas.

i ripped my ELC stuff off last year when the sensor cut thru my LR abs harness during a launch. it didnt work anyway.

If you still have the air shocks I would recommend replacing them. I pulled my fuse and shortly after the shocks started losing air. It could have been a prior condition. The air shocks suck anyway.

Okay, so I pull out the ELC fuse... that's in the fuse box right? Is it labeled? I'd go check myself, but it's ten degrees outside right now. Your answers are keeping me nice and warm by my computer :D
Thanks guys,
Eddie.
