Ty squeels at low mph

It's been doing this for awhile now, but it seems to be getting worse. Basically, from 1-45 MPH the car really squeels. When I hit the brakes it stops almost completely. What do you guys think?

Is it a brake squeal or a serpentine belt sqeal?

Well it's definately coming from the wheels. The belt is on tight and the engine sounds pretty good. I just want to get rid of this scratchy, squeeling sound from 1-45 mph.

mine make scratching mainly because my rotors have a rust spot in one area from sitting for a year and it sounds like shhhh shhhhhh shhhhh sshhhhh

Squeelers on the brake pads maybe?

I guess the brake pads are a possibility. The truck has been sitting a lot over the past few years. I'll change those and see what happens. Thanx for the advice guys.
