i noticed some welding on the crank shaft. What was done..

are you fabricating the heat exchangers, and the cac?

...when the short block was at the machine shop the crank was balanced, thats what the welds are about.
the heat excahnger is from MagnaCharger. A friend of mine (12secSS) bought it when he was doing this caprice wit the 6.0L super changed. he didnt use it and gave it to me.

forget stock m5 wheels put some aftermarket staggered m5 wheels on it lol.

I WISH!!!! if the offsets all work out i would consider it. not now thou some times in the future have to restore the bank account before anymore spending happens

I had real problems with the 50s myself and went with 65s.

Re the valves, you mean the rubber grommet in the valve cover that holds the PCV valve in place?

i need the whole piece the tube that sits in the valve cover, the grommets on the end i can get new. i made a piece a while ago and lost it in the shuffle. either ima make a new one or track down a original one
