Ultimate Questons.

My friend has an Ultimate and I dont know that all the modes mean. I know what hte T116 type settignsd mean but waht about these?

EMS

Im stumped. I found out he does have a 2 bar MAP so he is going to get a 3Bar tomrrow and fix his IC pump. Hopefully we can get this thing to run like mine. One more question, do you have to play with the WG rid a lot when you up the boost on the Ultimate?

no i dont think you need to move the WG rod, i think the ecm just doesnt bleed out as much boost

you will need to adjust the WG rod maybe...it depends on the truck...hopefully you know the WG is not properly sized, so any chipping differences may require you to adjust the thing...hell, you even have to with the stock chip...not all trucks are the same...some work great, most don't.

He does not have an Ultimate, those programs are only found on the 10-1 chip, which uses a 2 bar MAP sensor.

These trucks are getting up there in years, and one wg spring is not like the next anymore. You may have to adjust it to get the boost response dialed in just right.
