Upper INtercooler question?

I think it is clogged with that stop leak shit from a previous owner how to clean out? I keep hearing the water surge and looked in there and some of the holes have brown goop in them.

I'd pull it off........soak it real good with simple green for awhile inside and out and take it to a car wash and blast it out real good with some moderate pressure. Let her dry a bit.......refill and away you go. Also, check for leaks. Take a look at it once you pull it from the throttle body and make sure you have no coolant/water on that side of the unit.

Sounds like a plan. I ordered a 5" fan for my lower radiator off of ebay for $20 when i put that on I'll do that thanks!
