Overdrive is smaller. The same length of belt would turn the pulley more revolutions.

I don't know of any specifically, but it should be a standard S-10 part if that helps...

i just went to the junkyard today. i take of a water pump pulley off of a 4.3 s10 with serpentine and it measured 5 3/4 inches in diameter, if regular 4.3 serpentine system is the same as a typhoon or syclone 4.3 serpentine system it will work.

the caprice waterpump pulley will not work with the 4.3 waterpump pulley. the 4.3 pulley mounts closer to the waterpump. the 4.3 pulley is longer. maybe a corvette pulley will work it is a 5 1/2 inch diameter but i do not know.

Re: Water pump pully

Sometimes a smaller pulley will circulate the water too fast and cause overheating, as the water doesn`t stay in the radiator long enough.

Re: Water pump pully

Original owner installed a smaller crank pulley and I can't go back to stock because of the wastegate on the crossover- not enough room. So, you guys ever find a smaller pulley? I also have to get a smaller alt pulley to speed it up too.
