Where to get plug wires in Canada?

Maybe some of the Alberta guys might be able to help me out here.

Apparently the SyTy plug wires are going to be a bit different from a standard 4.3 (or least #6? wire) Anyway, where do you guys get your wires from?

(I just talked to one of the guys at the local Lordco and when I said I need a set of wires for a Sy, he said is that some sort of bike? YA that inspires me that I'm getting the right shat.)

Anyway, what do you all do for new wires? Would I be fine with a universal kit and just put my own ends on? Sorry I'm still kinda new to Sy's, just learning the ropes here.

Thanks alot.

I got my syty specfic MSD wires from Mopac Auto Supply, they even had them in stock. The part # is 31849 $ 68.99 CAN.

I believe Mopac has a warehouse in B.C, I can't remember where though.

There is a Bestbuy in calgary as well.

Scott/Vic/Toma are quite helpful and their prices are the best I have found.

WOOHOO!!! I think thats done it.

Just took it for a quick drive after putting on the new wires and there wasnt any stuttering at WOT. I'll have to take it out after work and see but I think I've got it.

Oz = :D :D :D

BTW, I got the MSD Wires at All-Parts/ Autosense for $70. I think they have a bunch of stores all over Canada.

So, did it fix your stuttering prob?

Are the wires the syty wires?

If so I'm suprised they had them in stock. I was very pleasantly suprised when I bought mine and they were in stock.

Yep took it out for a good drive tonight. She's running pretty smooth now, stuttering is gone.

All-Parts did have to bring the wires in from their warehouse but they had them in by the afternoon and they are specific to the SyTy (at least it says on the box)
Most of the wires are bit shorter than the Taylors that were on it but they all seemed to work out ok. Man is that a pain in the ars to replace the wires with the passenger wheel still on. :-?

Anyway thanks alot for the part number.
