White smoke at startup

I've noticed this for the third time now, so that's 3 starts out of around 100 since I've owned it. But I get a quick puff of white smoke when I first start, it doesn't continue, or release anymore while driving, in neutral, ect. The only thing I can tell at this point, is it happens when it doesn't want to turn over right away(more than 4 turns, usually it's just chugga, chugga... vroom, a more descriptive way of saying 2 turns)

I'm guessing the seals are starting to show their age, and was wondering if I should be worried at this point. Also I was wondering if the oil or fuel reconditioners had any effect on it, since it isn't completely worn out yet. I've had good experience with the stop-leak for transmissions, so does anyone think that the replacement of the seals could be prolonged by using a similar product?
