in my truck yes, not in a syclone or typhoon though. and thats a 7.5, i paid $100 locally for that exact rearend a couple years ago.

For anybody who thinks them dont exist, I'll send you a picture, I've had every type.
The 3.08 I sold was from a '97 2wd ext. 4.3 drum and it was posi. ZR2 is a 3.73 and the axles are narrower by a combined 1/2" because they are disc brake. On the other axles they are also 1/4" narrower (each side) between drum & disc.I currently have a 2wd and a 4wd 8.5, one posi, one open. Also correct is that there is no RPO code or option, GM installed them as they saw fit.
