I have a set of Pontiac heads as well. Brand new castings. I also have an intake to go with them. Gotta dig them out. The aluminum blocks are available new still. But only 18 degree heads...

I have a bow tie aluminum block. Not really sure I want to sell it though. I can dig up the name of the foundry that has the blue prints to make one for you. It took 6-8 months to get mine.

How much for it to be made?

A little off topic. Correct me if I'm wrong but weren't all the aluminum blocks dry sump oiling only. I had always dreamed of doing an all aluminum set up but was reluctant to do so based on the fact that it would have to be dry sump. Or can they be converted to wet sump?

Interesting! Did you buy it new that way? Is it a gm performance part?

Casting #14011067. Bought it out of the corner of my buddys garage. Also Has Brodix heads. Has a 2 piece rear main seal. Came in a sandrail he made a deal on but he wanted to go v8:rotf:

Re: WTB aluminum 4.3 block and heads

You can still find the blocks and heads out there. The 067 block came wet sump from the factory and it was cast off of the 069 block I believe. Had a complete GM short block and sent it to WA state for a street car. Currently have a 151 (I think that is the number)casting big main crank/400 bore that I will be using in a street rod project some day. Mine was wet sump and Kenny from Pro Gram Engineering made me a wet sump cap. So keep looking and I would recommend talking to Frank drturbo69 as he is in the area where all of the cool stuff was.
