Hope this helps.
I appreciate you checking the log and taking some time to observe it. I was afraid it could have been a bunk link.
I will clean and check the grounds out like mentioned.
Where should my intake temps be at?
I don't like seeing the temps above 120, even during hot days. If you've checked those things on the IC system, it's probable that you have an air bubble in it, which is causing it to not circulate correctly. Best way to get rid of an air bubble is to stick a drain pan beneath the drain petcock on the CAC. Open it just a bit with the truck/system pumping. Add fluid to the IC as the system drains. You'll eventually see/hear air coming out of the petcock, and through the IC inlet.
The other day it was HOT out. I checked my pump before and tested everything. Seemed to be working. I even went through all the crazy stuff with the pinched hose so I know the system is working. Last time was curious about it I was having foam/froth and I ended up discovering the hose was pinched bad at the bottom restricting flow 90% or more. I since put on a Goodyear prefab 90 sweep piece which was a great solution. I could top the system off or. Check if its low?
Since I dialed in the plug gap there is a big change in performance. I was running these NGK iridum plugs which are set gap. Tightening them up really helped.
The low voltage the truck is running at may cause weak spark... you're clear down to 12.2 volts in spots. Keep working on the charging system till you see at least 13 in all conditions. If you haven't done the ECM power wire mod, do that (search the forums). I've got my own mod that I do at the injector harness that also works extremely well.
I think I saw 17-17.5 psi on the boost. Is that normal? Stock turbo.. I thought the trucks stock ran at 13-14 psi. 15 if your lucky? Also can some one explain the boost trgt. Value a little bit for me please?
When you're running closed loop, Tgt Boost PSI is the boost target that the ECM is commanding the system to hit. If you're too high or too low it can be a matter of wastegate rod adjustment. If I were you I wouldn't touch anything till you get the voltage issue straightened. Your boost solenoid is seeing low voltage which prevent it from operating in its intended range.
I was looking at the log last night and trying to watch the o2 system and understand the rich/lean and see where the truck is . It was 2am so I ended up crashing. I'll look it over again later and they to see where I'm at.
Hope this helps.
