Re: LS powered SyTys

I will be working on mine soon.

Mike, syclone 0565 didn't have xfi. He used HP Tuners with a aem injector controller.

Re: LS powered SyTys

I'll eventually have my White 93 on that list that I am giving to my wife. She like to use the peddle so anything more reliable than a turbo'd V6 is the way to go :-b

Yes I drive a Typhoon.

I don't know if the owner is an active member of the forum or not.

#1699 LS2 n/a for now. Hope to fire it up this weekend, just got my custom harness from Current Performance this week. Engine harness plugs directly into the Syclone firewall connector. Will retain factory gauges, cruise, and a/c.

Re: LS powered SyTys

There's a LS1 Sy in Saudi Arabia and then there's Bruce in TX doing a 6.0L...and 95xtreme.

Where in Saudi Arabia? Got my Ty from the GM dealer in Al Khobar in 1992 and never saw anyone else out there with one. Black trucks in the middle east :rotf:

Re: LS powered SyTys

SY #2648 is probably about a month away from final mock-up. 408" all-aluminum LS2, Callies crank, Compstar rods, Diamond pistons, HIP'd Pro-Port Edelbrock heads, CNC'd to 245cc by Richard @ WCCH. Twin Turbonetics 76mm turbos. 160# injectors fired by Megasquirt on E85. CK 4L80e transmission (every possible upgrade except trans brake). Circle D converter (thanks Chris). George Blake Typhoon transfer case (billet input and planetary). Mike Lee's LS swap parts. Race Parts Solutions and Jake are helping with misc. parts & fabrication. Coilover front suspension, (thanks Jax) big brakes, yada yada yada. Not expecting much more than 1000awhp with the current hand-me-down motor, but already have a much more serious bullet in the works.
