UPDATE....
So hooked the truck up to 13pelle code 59 and ran a few different "bins"... and a tune is not the problem.

3 bar is reading fine... no knock problems till the truck falls on its face and "breaks up".

Through the best minds....the truck has no power and runs great without boost. We checked spark plug gap and found 40 thousands gap. Thinking that the boost is blowing out the spark..... Im going to regap the plugs to 30 thousands and see what happnes.

Anyone have any idea?

.030 should be fine, but I think stock is .028. If you want to try it, go for .025 to keep it strong, and my old ass father always said "gap em tight cause they spread a little when they warm up". I've done it that way myself and never had any issues with spark.

I have never heard of Noslow50, does he own a SyTy? I have seen chip labeled as L35 heads, only to read the bin and realize that its just stock head Ultimate chip program. Also, just because it work on 2 other trucks doesn't mean its going to work on yours.

At the very least you need a scan tool that you can drive around and record data with. (the data has to be able to read back frame by frame). I have no idea if the Tech One will do that. Without a scan tool, your going to be guessing.

.40 is alot, slimming them a bit couldn't hurt at the very least. What plugs are you running with your L-35's?

I would be running AC delco factory plugs for the LB4 heads..... Any better choices?

WELL UPDATE.....

Installed NGK UR6s gaped to .028. the brake up get better but stll there very much. I can get to 9 PSI and dosent feel as bad but still no power after it runs like poop......

When re checking grounds and going over dumb stuff ended up finding that one ground cable that is on the drivers side that goes to the front of the intake has 6v on it. ended up finding it only because it arcked when i tuched it to ground.....

Anyone have any idea where this ground comes from?

The ground goes to the intake manifold bolt. If that doesn't fix the problem, I would guess you have an ignition problem, wires/cap/rotor

My problem is that i have six volts on that ground wire. Im guessing its just voltage back feeding cause a ton of shit goes crazy on the dash and interior lights.

Cap, rotor, are brand new, wires are talor.... Plugs are new.

Im out of ideas..... Oh ya truck runs great with no boost. We took the turbo out ouf it and runs like a strong 4.3.

That ground is G109... the main cab ground (ALDL, cab lights, gauges, instrument panel lights, CAC pump). That ground needs to be cleaned and secured tightly to that intake manifold stud. Also check the grounds on the rear of the heads to make sure they are clean and tight.

If you're running into problems under boost I'd sure check all the vac lines and make sure one didn't get cracked when you had the manifold off.

You should two grounds on the driverside intake bolt. It could some thing on that circuit is floating which might cause a reading on the ground, but I am not 100% sure. If you have a picture I could give some input.

UPDATE. another 80 bucks down the tube.

all new cap, rotor, ignition module, MSD coil, new fuel, new filter.

MAP sensor is reading correct in boost. Fuel pressure during concern is proper. Fuel volume is 1 leter in 15 seconds.

Grounds on intake manifold are recleaned and tight. Ground on the back of the head is perfect and clean. No vacuum leak, all lines look ok.

I will give a super good bonus for anyone that actually fixes this truck.......
