I do have the RPM Stage1 turbo which may make things fit a bit different. I did have to cut the pipe, reclock it, then re-weld to get things to line up how I wanted.

I also had to push the pipe as far down as it would go inside the elbow.... that makes the pipe basically rest on the side of the battery. I also did bend my AC hose a bit.

Have to admit that my hood does stick up just a hair on that side, but I've got an idea as to how to get the extra clearance to fix that.

Squash the pipe? I had thought about a few methods, but don't have the ability to weld ally and bearing in mind what it cost me to buy and have shipped over here, I couldn't bring myself to hack it up - Not yet anyway! It was a well meant part and I'm sure would fit with a smaller and shorter battery and some messing with, but hasn't quite worked out for me at the minute.
