Has anyone ever tried running the ATR intercooler system (or similar) without plumbing in the lower stock heat exchanger? Just wondering if carrying the extra weight makes a difference in cooling efficiency.

Anybody ever put in a higher wattage H3 bulb than the stock 55's? Any probs such as heat buildup, etc.. I saw 100's at the auto store, but thought I'd ask for some opinions first.
