Re: U-Joint fix help ok...scratch that...got my friend over here and he took a look at it too. i put the truck in reverse and the joint moves about 1-1 1/2 cm and then catches and goes...then i put it into drive and same thing and then it starts clicking...it's really bad on turns and stuff...

Re: U-Joint fix help ok...not 100% sure that it's the driveshaft or u-joints yet. I pulled it forward about 20 feet and backed it up and no movement in the joint now. it sounds like it's coming from the front right...maybe tire area...i'm not sure...

Well...i was driving and i heard some clanking around underneath the floorboard. it lasts from 0 to about 30mph, then goes away. I went to look at the joint underneath and got lots of play out of it. I think it's the bearings but not sure exactly...how would i go around repairing this?, and is...

Well I got a new EGR valve for my problem and there is a lot of carbon buildup in the manifold. What would be the best way to get all this buildup out? I already did it with some q-tips but there is a lot left. Also, my battery is dead so I bought a new one and now I can't get the negative...

Just bought some KYB monomax all around and a belltech sway bar. can't wait for them to come in and put them on the truck. i don't have a sway bar right now and my shocks are...well shot. i can't wait to feel the difference!

Re: new TY in west tx Welcome!! I actually bought my white/gray ty from midland back in march of this year. That's a pretty nice looking one you got there. Where are you located in Midland? There are quite a bit of tys down there.
