    Transfer case.

    Any more info on this project? Did the xfer case bolt right up , etc?? Couldn't you just go slighty ghetto and just use a manual switch to change it from AWD to 2WD??

    Code 42 what to troubleshoot???

    Only thing I've had a chance to check so far is the connector you disconnect to set the timing, that is connected ok.(had to do starter today). Did pull both ECM fuses, etc today, noticed i get tach flutter at cruise and truck bucks for a split sec about every 10 mins, no check engine light...

    Driving the truck today after fresh tune-up , taylors, UR6's new conrad cap+rotors......check engine light comes on and even under light acceleration truck bogged BAD. Shut it off and started again, check engine light again after a few miles ran ok though. Pulled a code 42....syty.org says...

    Anyone have an ATR muffler laying around??

    Just picked up a 3-inch testpipe, and catback ATR exhaust for my Ty minus the muffler. I wanted to order a muffler that would fit the best and is closest to the muffler it is made for, the ATR. Anyone have one laying around off of the truck they could measure the length of?? Thanks

    Gap for NGK Plugs

    About time for another tune up, I've a set of taylor wires on the way and already have NGK's waiting. I'm running the ultimate and stock turbo for now 20G(14cm2) soon. Fuel pump and I/C lines, EGR, etc taken care of. Anyone have a recommendation on the gap that I can get away with?? Thanks

    Starter Click, Click, Click, (insert vulgar Lang.) Start

    Sometimes I have the clicks, other times nothing at all for a few tries. Mine will even act up on occasion when it's completely cold, do you think this starter relay fix would help in this situation? Or is my starter actually going out ?
